Meet Dominic Joseph, OTR/L, MOT, MBA, COMT, CHT
Dominic Joseph is the founder and Certified Hand Therapist and Board Certified Occupational Therapist with over 17 years of experience treating shoulder, elbow, and hand injuries at Innovate Physical Therapy. He has vast experience working with patient’s ranging from children to the geriatric population. Dominic Joseph also has advanced training on treating those weekend warriors to your professional and collegiate athletes.
With that being said, his approach to treating his patients is simple. First, find out why you are hurting, develop a plan to fix it, then give the patient the power and knowledge to achieve long term results.
Outside of the clinic Joseph enjoys creating memories with family and friends, impacting his community through service, traveling, and simply bringing joy to those around him.

Meet Jayson Varghese, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, CDN
Dr. Jayson Varghese is a fellowship trained orthopedic and sports physical therapist. Dr. Varghese helps patients of all ages with an emphasis on regaining their mobility and strength. He has treated elite athletes from all backgrounds including baseball, football, golf, tennis, track, gymnastics, MMA, and CrossFit.
Jayson is certified in dry needling and blood flow restriction therapy. His expertise extends to the outpatient orthopedic population with a focus on manual therapy, movement dysfunction, and post-op rehabilitation.
When not practicing physical therapy, Jayson enjoys spending time with his family, playing the drums, and cheering on his favorite hometown sports teams.
