Hand Therapy
Our Hand Therapy services focus on the rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, and elbow following injury, surgery, or chronic conditions. Our Certified Hand Therapists provide individualized treatment plans that include manual therapy, custom splinting, and therapeutic exercises to restore function, strength, and mobility.

Splinting/Orthotics
We fabricate highly specialized custom splints for a wide range of upper extremity injuries, trauma, and post-operative conditions. Our team provides advanced Durable Medical Equipment (DME) solutions to support optimal healing, protection, and functional recovery.

Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy in which a trained therapist use their hands to assess and treat soft tissues and joint structures. This specialized form of treatment helps in reducing swelling, decreasing restriction, mobilizing joints, and increasing your range of motion. Our skilled therapists use advanced manual therapy techniques—such as joint mobilizations and manipulations—to reduce pain, restore motion, and enhance overall mobility and function.

Post-Operative Rehab
Our tailored pre- and post-operative rehabilitation programs help patients re-establish joint motions and muscle strength around the joint to return to normal activity much sooner than with standard recovery plans.

Sports Therapy
Sports therapy is a healthcare discipline focused on the prevention of injuries and the rehabilitation of athletes back to their optimal functional, occupational, and sports-specific fitness levels. It utilizes the principles of sports and exercise science to help athletes recover from injuries and enhance their performance, encompassing aspects of physical therapy and exercise science.

Dry Needling
Dry Needling is an advanced treatment technique provided by our licensed therapists to reduce pain, release muscle tension, and restore movement. Using thin, sterile needles, we target trigger points within the muscle to improve function and accelerate recovery. This evidence-based approach is often used alongside other manual therapy and exercise interventions to enhance overall results.

Cupping
Cupping therapy is a traditional alternative treatment where a practitioner places special cups on the skin to create suction. This technique is used for various purposes, such as relieving pain and inflammation, improving blood circulation, promoting relaxation and overall wellness, and providing effects similar to deep tissue massage.

IASTM
IASTM, or Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, is a physical therapy technique using specialized instruments to treat soft tissue injuries and restrictions. It involves applying controlled pressure and movement with the tools to break down scar tissue, reduce pain, and improve range of motion.

Kinesio Taping
Kinesio taping, also referred to as sports taping, KT taping, or Rock taping, is a method that uses elastic therapeutic tape applied to muscles, joints, and tendons. It’s designed to help alleviate pain, support movement, and enhance mobility.

Stretch Therapy
Stretch therapy is a form of assisted stretching that focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and overall physical well-being through targeted stretching techniques and guidance from a trained professional. It goes beyond traditional stretching by addressing not only muscles but also the connective tissues (fascia) around joints.

Therapeutic Exercise
Therapeutic exercise refers to a range of physical activities designed to restore, improve, or maintain a person’s physical function, strength, and mobility. These exercises are often prescribed by physical therapists to aid in recovery from injury, manage chronic conditions, or improve overall physical well-being.
